% The fSfc-rcS of the invention is the simplification of end and the improvement of manufacturability. V drawing shows a hollow shaft with drive elements, a longitudinal 10 axial section.
Double cams 1 are mounted on the hollow shaft, each of which consists of two sections 2 forming the cams themselves and of sleeve 3 connecting them to J5. Using a hydraulic strain gauge (not shown), the sections 4 of the hollow shaft are expanded, and thereby plastically deform them. The deformation extends to the coupling sleeves 3, but only in the elastic range. By resiliently restoring the sleeves, a dynamic connection is formed, connecting the shaft and the drive elements with each other. Expansion section 4 (left 25 half of the drawing) may be limited only to that part of the hollow shaft which is located adjacent to the coupling sleeve 3, so that the elastic deformation does not extend to 30 sections 2 of the cam (or only to a small extent). There is a gap between the hollow shaft and the cams. In the right half of the drawing, the expansion portion 4 extends over the entire double cam 1. To avoid an undesirably large deformation, in particular, extending to the surface 5, the deformation portions 2 have a diameter slightly larger than the joint. In order to simplify the design and improve the manufacturability, a part of the drive elements is combined into groups in which the individual elements are interconnected by means of elastically expanded thin-walled connecting sleeves, with the extended shaft sections being located opposite the connecting sleeves.
